BUILDING FAMILIES

Because family is a divine institution and foundational to the Judeo-Christian faith, Westwind Church purposes to come alongside and support all families, regardless of their situation, in the disciple-making process.  In Deuteronomy, Moses clarifies that love for God and biblical instruction begins in the home.  The Apostle Paul reminds husbands and wives how their marriage reflects the mysterious union between Christ and the Church.  Paul further instructs parents to raise their children up “in the training and instruction of the Lord” (Deuteronomy 6:1-9; Ephesians 5:22-6:4; Acts 16:29-34).
