Please come as you are or as comfy as you want; sweats, pajamas, jeans, whatever you're comfortable in. Feel free to bring blankets, pillows, slippers, etc. We don't want you to fall asleep, but a little nesting can be good.
We will have snacks and drinks Friday night, pastries and coffee Saturday morning, and we're getting lunch from Fresh Mediterranean (Greek) for lunch on Saturday. You are welcome to any/all of that, or feel free to bring your own food or go out to lunch.
*I would recommend you bring a notebook and pen as there are usually things you want to write down!

Friday
- Arrive : 5:30pm
- Session 1 : 6:00pm
- Session 2 : 8:00pm
- Wrap up : 10:00pm
Saturday
- Arrive : 8:30am
- Session 3 : 9:00am
- Session 4 : 11:00am
- Lunch : 12:30pm
- Session 5 : 2:30pm
- Wrap up : 4:30pm
